A wine produced from 100% Shiraz grapes. A well-balanced wine with medium acidities and a full body. An elegant wine with aging potential of more than 15 years. Malolactic fermentation. Bottled under controlled atmosphere.

VINEYARDS
Shiraz grapes come from Pachna and Mandria region and from
specific vineyards. The age of the vines ranges from 50-60 years old.
The grapes are collected with extreme caution. The wines ages in
French oak barrels for 12 months.
