A wine produced from Shiraz, Grenache, Mattaro and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. A well-balanced wine with medium acidities and a full body. An easy to drink wine with a forest fruit character. Malolactic fermentation. Bottled under controlled atmosphere.

VINEYARDS
The grapes come from the area of Afamis – Omodos, Mandria, Pachna
and Koilani. Shiraz grapes harvested first from the lower altitude areas
such as Pachna.
