A wine produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. A well-balanced wine with medium acidities and a full body. An elegant and rich wine with ageing potential of more than 15 years. Malolactic fermentation. Bottled under controlled atmosphere.

VINEYARDS
Cabernet Sauvignon grapes come from Omodos and Mandria region
and from specific vineyards. The age of the vines ranges from 50-60
years old. The grapes are collected with extreme caution (handpicked
– manual harvest).
