At our family winery here in beautiful Limassol, we believe some wines are made for celebration — and others are made for reflection. Our 5-year aged Shiraz is a little bit of both.

This is not a wine you rush. It’s a wine you open with intention.

Aged patiently for five years, including maturation in carefully selected French oak barrels, this Shiraz has developed depth, character, and elegance while keeping its bold personality. With 14.5% alcohol, a dry profile, and a full body, it fills the glass — and the room — with warmth.

What to Expect in the Glass

From the first swirl, you’ll notice the richness.

Dark ruby in color, the wine opens with aromas of ripe black fruits — think blackberry and dark plum — followed by gentle notes from the French oak: vanilla, sweet spice, toasted nuts, and a touch of cocoa. As it breathes, subtle hints of leather and smoke may appear, reminding you of its five-year journey.
